S.T.A. Ltd was established in 1981 as Surgisales Teaching Aids Ltd. The founders were motivated by the lack of availability of special needs materials in Ireland. This situation came to their attention when a family member was diagnosed with dyslexia. Prior to this such materials had to be specifically ordered from the UK or the USA |

Learning Materials Ltd in Wolverhampton formerly the Remedial Supply Company was the first agency Surgisales Teaching Aids Ltd secured and the company worked out of a small room in a warehouse in an industrial estate. Since then S.T.A. Ltd has expanded and now sells products from over thirty different publishers. We have two showrooms; one in Harold’s Cross in Dublin and the other in Callan, County Kilkenny. |
